1. PROGRAM PURCHASES
The Performance Edge is a digital program with immediate access to proprietary content, tools, and resources.
Because of the nature of digital products:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
2. ACCESS TO MATERIALS
Upon enrollment, participants receive immediate access to:
course materials
assessments
community
digital resources
Due to this access, refunds are generally not provided.
3. PAYMENT PLANS
Some participants may choose to finance their enrollment in The Performance Edge through a third-party payment provider. These payment plans are offered and managed entirely by the third-party provider and are not administered by JP Unlimited LLC (DBA Books and Bots). By selecting a third-party payment plan, you agree that all payment obligations, billing schedules, interest charges, fees, collections, and disputes related to that financing arrangement are solely between you and the third-party provider. JP Unlimited LLC does not control, manage, or modify these agreements and is not responsible for payment processing, billing issues, or repayment terms associated with third-party financing. Participants remain responsible for complying with the terms of their agreement with the third-party provider regardless of participation or completion of The Performance Edge program.
Non-Cancellation of Third-Party Financing
If you choose to finance your purchase through a third-party payment provider, your payment agreement with that provider remains separate and binding, regardless of your participation in The Performance Edge program. Enrollment in the program and access to program materials does not cancel or void your financing agreement. Participants remain responsible for fulfilling the payment obligations established by the third-party provider according to their financing terms.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Participants agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with their payment provider after receiving access to The Performance Edge program, except in cases of verified fraudulent transactions. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after program access has been granted, JP Unlimited LLC (DBA Books and Bots) reserves the right to immediately revoke access to the program, community, and all associated materials until the matter is resolved. The company also reserves the right to pursue recovery of any unpaid balances and associated administrative costs related to the dispute.
4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Refund requests may be considered in rare cases such as:
duplicate payment
billing errors
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Approval is at the sole discretion of JP Unlimited LLC.
5. COMMUNITY REMOVAL
Participants removed from the program for violating community rules are not eligible for refunds. Please see here for community guidelines.
